Hello! My name is Paula Benavides Zamora, I graduated in general medicine from the University of Costa Rica, where I also completed my specialty in Geriatrics and Gerontology.

At the center where I work, in a multidisciplinary way we started the Memory Clinic and a Functional Rehabilitation Program called VIVIFRAIL.

As a specialist, my work focuses on accompanying older adults in their aging process with a comprehensive and humanized approach.

I firmly believe that each stage of life deserves to be lived with dignity, that's why I offer personalized care that not only addresses physical needs, but also cognitive, emotional and family environment needs.

My commitment is to provide compassionate and professional care, helping my patients and their families face the challenges of aging in a positive way.
