Hello! 👋 I'm Ana Castillo, a clinical dietetic nutritionist graduated from the Hispanoamerican University in Costa Rica, with a master's degree in sports nutrition and I also have ISAK 1 anthropometrist certification and I'm currently pursuing my master's degree in pediatric nutrition at the University of Spain, I'm also a co-founder of Statera Medical.

I firmly believe that nutrition can change people's lives, as a guide and foundation in our health, being the fundamental medicine for the well-being of each population, from children, athletes, young people and adults.

My goal is to put my knowledge and skills at the service of my patients, addressing their individual needs to improve their nutrition and sports performance.

I want to help you reach the best version of yourself, teaching you to organize your diet in a way that gives your body what it really needs, through balance.
